What You'll Do
Collaborate with management to understand current and upcoming hiring needs across multiple departments
Craft compelling job ads and manage postings across LinkedIn, Seek, and other job boards
Source and screen candidates using a mix of proactive outreach, inbound applications, and referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads
Assist in building and refining our recruitment processes and candidate experience
Maintain our ATS and recruitment trackers with clear, up-to-date data
Represent the Software Co brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity at all times
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment, or agency-side recruitment
Strong experience hiring for roles across sales, marketing, tech, and operations
Confident in sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple open roles
Based in Sydney and able to work from our office 2–3 days per week
A genuine passion for people, culture, and helping others succeed
