Redcape Hospitality is seeking a passionate, people-centric hospitality professional to join the Leadership Team at Lakeview Hotel Motel as our Gaming Manager. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team, you will oversee the Hotel's Gaming operations in a hands-on role, including FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
This role involves working cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, managing general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives, and enhancing both Customer & Staff Experience. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing hands-on leadership to the gaming team with a focus on delivering seamless customer experiences.
* Maintaining high standards of venue cleanliness and presentation.
* Creating and nurturing a positive work environment where all team members can thrive.
* Maintaining operational presence across rotating shifts, prioritising mid-to-late week coverage and peak trading periods aligned with business needs.

RSA, RCG & ARCG qualifications are essential (or willingness to obtain).
Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
