About You You will bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Previous leadership experience within residential aged care Strong understanding of accreditation, AN-ACC and clinical governance Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in aged care Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A hands-on leadership style with strong operational capability The ability to drive culture, standards and continuous improvement Commissioning or new home opening experience will be highly regarded.
