About the role
We have an opportunity for 2 Cyber Security – Senior Risk Analysts to be part of our Cyber Security, Risk & Assurance, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Cyber Security – Senior Risk Analyst is essential for identifying and managing risks to NSWPF's digital systems and data, ensuring their confidentiality, integrity, and availability to support secure and resilient operations.
Working in the Cyber Defence Centre as part of the Technology & Communication Services Command of NSW Police offers the chance to contribute to one of the largest police forces in the western world while shaping cutting‐edge capabilities that directly enhance community safety and modern policing. It also provides exposure to rapidly evolving cyber environments, next‐generation policing systems, and a growing, well‐resourced team committed to combating emerging digital threats. As a Senior Risk Analyst with the NSW Police Force, you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating cyber risks across the digital systems that enable frontline policing, helping to protect critical services and support safer communities.

Total Remuneration Package: $161,696 pa. Package includes salary from $129,464 to $142,665, plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.

* A permanent resident of Australia; or
* A New Zealand citizen.
Candidate Requirements
Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
