Central Coast Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Service Manager to join our expanding team across two locations, representing seven leading automotive brands including Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, Isuzu UTE, Chery, Mazda, Volkswagen, and Nissan.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or senior service professional ready to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with the Service Manager, receive manufacturer-supported training, and follow a clear development pathway into a Service Manager role.
About the Role
Working alongside the Service Manager, you will:
* Support daily service department operations
* Greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and provide clear service recommendations
* Communicate repair requirements, costs, and timelines transparently
* Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and invoices
* Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
* Maintain regular customer communication regarding progress and completion times
* Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and department performance
* Assist in achieving service department targets and common business goals
* Maintain a professional, welcoming service environment

About You
* Currently a Service Advisor or similar role, ready for career advancement

* Automotive industry experience preferred
