About the Opportunity
Consumer and Business Services (CBS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee a team of investigators and drive high-quality investigation and inspection outcomes. Reporting to the Director Regulation and Advice, the General Manager Investigations will be responsible for leading and enhancing CBS’s investigation and inspection functions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and regulatory obligations.
This pivotal role will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and continuous improvement to the delivery of investigation and inspection services. With solid stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities, the successful candidate will collaborate across multiple business units and management teams to ensure efficient, effective, and consistent investigative practices. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the broader strategic objectives of CBS by shaping and influencing key regulatory outcomes.
About the Business
The Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) provides a range of legal, regulatory and other services for the government and people of South Australia. Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
