The Role: Head of Sales will manage ANZ sales function and execute strategy to drive measurable growth in target markets.
This role requires leveraging extensive sales experience and strategic planning to achieve company goals.
* Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams. Foster a collaborative results-oriented sales culture.
* Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Develop strategies to expand customer base and enhance customer retention.
Ideal candidates have:
* Proven track record of 3-5 years in Senior SaaS sales roles
* At least 3 years of experience leading and managing business development functions
* Deep understanding of EdTech, LMS, or HR Tech industries
* Strong strategic planning and execution skills with ability to drive measurable results
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities
