We are seeking an experienced Production Plant Manager to step into a key leadership role within a busy manufacturing operation for a 5-8 week temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into an ongoing position for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can hit the ground running, stabilise operations, and drive performance across production, safety, and people. This position will work/manage two sites - Balcatta & Canningvale.
