Brisbane Central State School is seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to support the daily operations of our busy school office. In this front-facing role, you'll assist staff, students, and families as part of a dynamic and welcoming school community. Join one

This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.72FTE), 52 hours per fortnight.
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

Step Into Your Next Chapter:
* Medication and consent to administer paperwork.
* Assist front office staff with a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or Business Manager.
* Undertake additional activities including financial processes
* General correspondence and general administration of excursion planners, consent management and QParents.
* Administer day to day financial matters (i.e. invoicing, placing & receipting orders and banking).
