In your new role you will:
Manage the delivery of programs and initiatives to improve safety outcomes, reduce workplace harm, and enhance employee wellbeing and engagement.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, managers, and key stakeholders, supporting collaborative approaches and professional partnerships.
Support governance, compliance, and reporting processes, contributing to transparent performance measurement and continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and professional growth across the team.
