In this role, you will lead Asset Management and network fulfilment strategy for the ANZ Orthopaedic Supply Chain. You will define and deliver a future-ready network strategy and capabilities that drive best-in-class service levels, improve asset effectiveness, optimise inventory and free up cash. Working across the value stream, you will implement standardised supply‑chain processes, establish clear KPIs for service and cost performance, and recruit and develop high-performing talent to sustain continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure there is a robust focus on the total ANZ Network Fulfillment strategy across the Integrated Supply Chain (i.e. partnering with Supply Chain functions and Commercial to map out and execute optimized network fulfillment strategy that focuses on improved service to customers at a reduced cost to serve. Ensure relationship between major cost drivers of labour, inventory and freight are optimized while improving value proposition to customers. End-to-End Asset Management including Loan (Scheduling) and Consignment. Leading National Scheduling as a capability against key measures as well as process excellence within the service delivery framework. Drive automation of processes, where possible, using the latest digital technologies Partner with commercial to drive innovation in business models and customer connectivity Drive the team adoption of advanced technologies to improve SC performance, SC visibility and asset performance end to end Develop and optimize local capabilities to support growth or scale back and leverage as needed ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field 12 years of active management experience, including direct and matrix management 8 years in complex supply‑chain environments with experience across multiple functional areas Strong communication, influence and leadership skills; ability to engage at all organizational levels Proven program/project management and problem‑solving capability Solid knowledge of quality and financial principles and practices Hands‑on experience with ERP, OTC processes and advanced planning/optimization systems Experience in the medical device industry, including regulatory and product lifecycle knowledge Multi‑functional background (quality, planning, operations, engineering, product development) preferred Familiarity with relevant business software and applications APICS or other supply‑chain accreditations preferred Lean / Six Sigma certification preferred.
