Data Centre Administrator – NetApp (Defence)

Job Summary
We're seeking an NV1‐cleared Data Centre Administrator (NetApp) to support a mission‐critical Defence data centre environment. This is a hands‐on role focused on enterprise storage, platform availability, and secure operations.
Responsibilities
* Administer and support NetApp / enterprise storage within a Defence data centre
* Maintain platform security, availability, performance and capacity
* Operate within ITIL / ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CSI)
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues
* Support low‐risk changes and maintain technical documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and Defence stakeholders
Qualifications
* Experience with enterprise storage (NetApp preferred or equivalent)
* Strong ITSM / ITIL experience
* Effective technical communication and collaboration skills
* Australian citizen with current NV1 clearance and ability to obtain NV2
Desirable
* Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, SCCM
* VMware, RHEL/Linux, Citrix, F5
* Lenovo XClarity, HPE OneView
* Current NV2 clearance
Working Arrangements
* Onsite role (office‐based)
