Director People and Performance
This executive position is responsible for leading and delivering contemporary initiatives across the employee lifecycle and supporting organisational change that will enable the delivery of strategic priorities.
The role involves strategic leadership of a team offering the opportunity to design and deliver outcomes for complex matters such as employee engagement and wellbeing; performance and development planning; leadership capability development; diversity and inclusion; talent management initiatives and cultural development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and guidance to ensure the implementation of people-related strategies that align with organisational objectives.
* Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, motivation and retention.
* Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management practices that identify, develop and retain key employees.
* Performance Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish performance goals and develop plans to achieve them.
* Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion by identifying opportunities to improve representation and address any barriers to participation.
