**Role Overview**:
With direction from the Manger of Talent Management - APAC, the Coordinator is responsible for administrative support and coordination of various Talent Management and Learning and Development programs and practices to meet business and HR objectives.
**Detailed responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Assist the Talent Management team in support of the overall Talent Management strategy, organization development and change management efforts to include coordination, data entry, reporting, data analysis, tracking and maintenance of resources and other general administrative activities
- Schedule workshop offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate local course offerings and provide onsite support during class time, promote employee course registration, and update the LMS with course completions, and other learning and user data
- Host live online classroom (virtual) training; support the virtual delivery production to include operating systems, navigating training materials and slide decks, trouble shoot system issues, and be a time-keeper and resource during the delivery of a virtual class
- Provide administrative functions for the enterprise 360 and coaching programs for assigned region. Maintain coaching resources and rosters, assist with coordination of coaching meetings, run reports and collate materials
- Complete other ad hoc tasks as required
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1-year related experience OR 5 years of overall experience in lieu of degree
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience providing technical and instructional support to facilitators and participants during VILT training sessions
- Prior experience with virtual-classroom platforms such as Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
- Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot and use creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, virtual/learning environment (e.g. during a live virtual training event) while consistently providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to adjust quickly and effectively to changing priorities and deadlines and provide timely responses to our customers
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible and organized to work in a fast-paced team-based environment.
- Intermediate proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Data analytics skills and abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP, Business Objects and SuccessFactors (Talentworks).
