We are looking for a skilled Portfolio Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment across three hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong internal departmental communications and relationships with Revenue, Reservations, F&B, Front Office, and hotel partnerships.
The role involves managing enquiries in Accor systems and reporting processes, training and developing deep knowledge across property portfolio, and working effectively in a team as well as independently.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Knowledge of Opera, Opera Cloud & Sales Force is desirable, yet not essential
* Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
