You'll shape a recent civil team, set high standards, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Key responsibilitiesRun day-to-day site operations to keep projects on trackPlan, schedule, and manage program works against deadlinesLead, mentor, and develop site teamsCoordinate and manage subcontractors effectivelyInterpret and work from construction drawingsChampion site safety, environmental compliance, and quality standardsUse project management systems to maintain accurate reporting and documentationAbout YouYou'll bring proven experience in civil construction supervision and the confidence to lead teams in fast-paced environments.What we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience as a Supervisor/Foreman on Australian civil projectsStrong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skillsHigh-level organisational and scheduling abilitiesExperience with project management systems and digital toolsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementWhy Join Us?
