**About Our Client**:
You will be working for a global innovative subsea technologies and engineering business that work across multiple industries. They are solutions focused and offer a unique and diverse product portfolio.
This is a varied role that will include the below duties;
**Office Administration**
- Data entry
- Accountable for all administrative work relating to Housekeeping, Security, maintenance, stationery, dispatch, pantry, internet connectivity, telephone, mobile services & other vendors.
- Document Control
**Logistics support**
- Shipping Quotes, Bookings and Tracking
- Maintaining all necessary entry into ERP
**Accounts Support**
- Liaising with head office and remote finance teams on accounts payable and job costing
- Liaising with suppliers
- Drafting and receiving Purchase Orders in ERP
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft dynamics ERP / D365 (desirable)
- Accounts Administration experience
- Logistics experience (desirable)
- High degree of computer literacy (required)
- Highly motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
