Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the development and ongoing operational delivery of human resource and compliance functions.
This is a diverse, hands-on role that will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of HR services across multiple areas. The successful applicant will have at least 3 years of experience in a HR related role and/or a relevant degree, and be responsible for:
* Acting as first point of contact for all internal and external HR enquiries and responding in a professional and timely manner;
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases containing confidential employee information;
* Supporting executive leadership in coordinating probation reviews of new staff and managing complaints and associate investigations, performance issues and grievances;
* Developing, reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures;
The role also involves managing the recruitment process, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, drafting and publishing internal communications, and performing the role of Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator.
