We are hiring Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to play a key role as AAMI Specialists.

Training Period
We invest heavily in your growth and success. You'll complete a 7-week, full-time, paid training program held at our Townsville office, equipping you with everything you need to excel in the role. During this period, you'll work full-time from our Townsville office. Once complete, you'll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model.
