Senior Client Solutions Director

Take on a senior leadership role and drive client solutions strategies to achieve business growth. Leverage your expertise in marketing, client relationship management, and proposal development to shape the company's overall business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning & Business Growth: Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets across all business portfolios.
* Business Opportunity Identification: Conduct market feasibility studies, competitor analysis, and strategic insights to identify and capture new growth areas locally and regionally.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective clients through effective engagement strategies.
* Proposal & Tender Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of strategic business proposals and tenders in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Market & Business Intelligence: Establish a strong market intelligence function to track trends and competitive dynamics, guiding decision-making and strengthening value propositions.
* Portfolio & Pipeline Management: Define and manage a future-focused business pipeline, tracking progress and aligning opportunities with strategic goals.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including government bodies, industry players, and strategic partners, to support business growth and maintain market relevance.
* Performance Monitoring & Risk Assessment: Monitor the performance of client solutions initiatives and conduct regular reviews to identify and mitigate potential business threats.
* Functional Excellence & Process Leadership: Establish frameworks, tools, and processes for the Client Solutions function to ensure consistent execution and value creation.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business studies, engineering, or equivalent.
* Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, client solutions, project development, business development, relationship building, commercial proposals, preferably in the civil engineering/infrastructure industry.
* Proficient in conducting thorough market research and identifying emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.
* Excellent networking skills to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and government bodies.
