About the Role
This is a leadership opportunity to oversee supply chain and operations, driving efficiency and growth.
The successful candidate will establish end-to-end accountability from suppliers through assembly to delivery, lift ERP discipline including MRP to drive decisions with data and BOM integrity, stabilise inventory, and set a monthly S&OP rhythm that aligns the business and improves customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include establishing clear accountability from suppliers through assembly to delivery, lifting ERP discipline including MRP to drive decisions with data and BOM integrity, stabilising inventory, setting a monthly S&OP rhythm that aligns the business and improves customer outcomes, building reliable supply in Latin America as the company transitions from distributor to direct sales, bringing structure to assembly logistics, embedding continuous improvement with suppliers, supporting new product introduction, ensuring logistics execution and trade compliance, and balancing design ambition with manufacturability and cost.
Requirements
* 10-15 years of experience in complex product environments combining electronics and mechanical content.
* ERP fluency, commercial discipline, and a track record of improving on-time delivery (OTD), lead times, and inventory health.
* Curious, practical, and calm under pressure.
* Able to frame trade-offs clearly and keep things moving.
* International supply and tariff experience highly regarded.
