Labourer Role in Civil Construction
Civil construction labourers play a vital role in various infrastructure projects, including roadwork, building, and utility installation.
* Perform manual tasks associated with civil construction and subdivision works, such as site preparation, excavation, and equipment operation.
* Assist with the operation of basic plant and machinery.
* Adhere to all site safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
* Operate small plant, tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
* Provide support to machinery operators and trades personnel on site.
About You:
* Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
* Hold a current White Card (Construction Induction).
* Have previous experience working in a similar role or industry.
* Previous experience operating plant and machinery is highly regarded.
* Be physically fit and capable of performing hands-on outdoor work.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and safety-focused individuals are required.
