We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurses to join our multidisciplinary teams on the Acute Geriatric, Orthogeriatric Rehabilitation, General Rehabilitation, and Stroke Rehabilitation wards at Fremantle Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is delivered to patients.
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Relevant experience in acute geriatric, orthogeriatric rehabilitation, general rehabilitation, or stroke rehabilitation nursing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
