This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based near to Perth Airport.In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Business Services and other department leaders to guide financial performance, deliver meaningful reporting, and support business decision-making with clear and actionable insight.What you’ll bring:CPA or CA qualification (or well-progressed toward completion)Solid experience across core accounting functions — financial reporting, AP/AR, tax lodgements, and cash flow managementDemonstrated ability to partner with operational teams and translate financial data into business insightsProficiency in Excel, with experience developing dashboards and performing variance analysisExperience with ERP systems (Pronto or similar) and a continuous improvement mindsetA stable and consistent work history — ideally in permanent roles or long-term engagementsProactive, solutions-focused attitude — someone who takes ownership and gets things doneThe role includes:Month-end processes, financial reports, and commentary for executive reviewBudgeting, forecasting, cash flow and treasury responsibilitiesFinancial modelling and pricing analysis to support commercial decisionsCompliance with tax obligations including BAS, FBT, PAYG, VAT, and payroll taxProcess improvement and reporting automation initiativesOversight and backup of Accounts Officer dutiesMake a measurable impact in a growing, values-driven businessBe part of a collaborative and stable team where your contribution mattersEnjoy diversity in your day — from hands-on accounting to strategic inputThis is a key hire for a business that values professionalism, initiative, and partnership.
