Role Overview
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service in The Kove, The Tapp or our Gaming floor
* Ensure seamless bar service and glass collection
* Replenish food and beverage products effectively to meet demand
* Provide café duties, including expert barista and drink service, and food preparation
* Gaming duties, including efficient service, cash handling, TAB and Keno operations
* Assist with functions and events as required, providing flexible support
* Contribute to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the venue
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar hospitality environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* A high standard of personal grooming and presentation
* Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
* Initiative to work efficiently and proactively, taking ownership of tasks
* Previous experience with RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics certificates advantageous
* A history of accurate and efficient cash handling
* Basic computer skills beneficial for administrative tasks
