With an active and expanding pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to gain broad exposure across landmark developments while working within a highly professional and collaborative team environment.
You'll support projects from early feasibility and planning through to construction, delivery and settlement, gaining genuine end‐to‐end development experience on complex, city‐shaping projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the full development lifecycle across feasibility, planning, design coordination, construction delivery and settlements
* Assist with feasibility modelling, project budgets, cashflows and reporting
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, councils and service authorities to maintain programme and approvals timeframes
* Support preparation and management of DAs, CCs and planning authority submissions
* Track design development, manage documentation and assist with value management initiatives
* Monitor construction progress, assist with issue resolution and support contract administration
* Prepare internal reports, briefing papers and documentation for senior leadership
* Assist with marketing, sales coordination, purchaser queries and settlement processes

About You
* 1+ years experience in an Assistant Development Manager or related development
* Exposure to large‐scale residential or mixed‐use development projects
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning, Engineering or a related discipline
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Commercially minded, proactive and keen to learn
* A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
