Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Practitioner to support children aged 0-9 and their families through our 360 Kids Program.
About the Role
* Deliver high-quality supports using the Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families.
* Provide early intervention services for children aged 0-9 on the NDIS through our program, utilising a family-centred approach.
* Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans.
* Provide services in-home, in community settings, and at our local clinic.
* Collaborate with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
* Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour and play.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health.
* Registration with the relevant governing body.
* At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector.
* Experience with the NDIS, either as a support worker or in an educational capacity, is highly valued.
* NDISWC / WWCC / Police Check (or willingness to apply).
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
* You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
* Full-time or part-time role available, minimum 3 days/week.
