We are currently seeking reliable and skilled professionals to join our team as Egg Harvesters in a fast-paced agricultural environment. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting eggs from nesting boxes or conveyor belts, sorting and grading them based on size, color, and quality, packing them into cartons or trays for shipping, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the egg collection area.
Responsibilities
* Egg Collection: Collect eggs from designated areas such as nesting boxes or conveyor belts.
* Egg Sorting: Sort eggs based on size, color, and quality ensuring they meet our high standards.
* Packing Eggs: Pack sorted eggs into cartons or trays for efficient transportation
* Maintenance of Cleanliness:
Achieving high levels of productivity while adhering to strict biosecurity protocols is essential to maintain the health and safety of both humans working in these roles & birds living within their facilities., Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures regarding personal protective equipment usage at all times during shifts work when appropriate necessary orders require wearing masks gloves etc.
