Your Opportunity
As a Concierge Attendant, you'll be the friendly face of our centre and play a key role in creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.
Some of your festive duties as a concierge team member will include:
* Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
* Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
* Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
* Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services

You will:
* Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experience
* Feel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail setting
* Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. The role runs from September 2025 to January/February 2026, with shifts based on business needs.
