- Building & construction
- Maintenance & service
- Remediation & retrofit projects
- New high-rise, commercial, industrial, units, apartments, dwellings & much more
**POSITION**
This is a supported role working with the Service Coordination team to organise technicians and project needs for maintenance and corrective action works for clients sites. Your main duties will consist of liaising with technicians, clients, stock, reports and administrative aspects from the office.
- Coordinating and scheduling technicians for jobs
- Liaising with clients for up coming works
- Organising technicians, testers and contractors for jobs
- Scheduling for preventative maintenance and corrective action works
- Reading over AFSS reports that come back in
- Liaising with operations for stock and materials for technicians
- Administration and general office duties for documents and filing
- Western Sydney office location

**EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
To be suitable for this role you will be coming from a relatable role where you have been a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Project Coordinator and anything of the sort within the Fire Industry or related to Fire.
- Experience scheduling technicians and trades
- Experience from or related to the Fire industry
- Experienced in reading over reports documents
- Good computer and IT skills
- Having a general understanding of the fire industry
