**This is a full time 12-month fixed term contract position.**
**What does the role involve?** 
- Assist in drafting HR policies, processes, submissions, and business communications that reflect our commitment to Inclusion and Diversity 
- Assist in supporting wider HR projects as needed and contribute to departmental objectives 
- Navigate ambiguity confidently and devise innovative solutions to challenges that arise 
- Use Excel to gather, sort, and analyse data to identify trends and create reports, while helping to develop HR analytics that showcase initiative performance and future opportunities 
- Support the I&D; Manager to engage and influence key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program deliverables, timelines, and implementation strategies 
- Assist in the design, development and implementation of HR projects across a large organisation, this includes coordinating both existing and new initiatives.

**Qualifications** 
- Experience in implementing newly developed I&D; and/or HR initiatives 
- Understanding of I&D; topics, particularly related to gender, LGBTQI+, First Nations Peoples, and disability 
- Intermediate MS Suite skill set, with proficiency in Excel for data analysis 
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills 
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced environment 
- Demonstrated end to end project management experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy 
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Remuneration** 
- Transparent tiered salary range of **$96, 800 - $107, 600 including Superannuation.
