 
        
        Our client, a major government organisation, is undertaking a large-scale ERP transformation and is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA in a protected cloud environment. This is a rare opportunity to drive strategic change across Finance and HR systems in a high-impact, long-term role.
About the Role :
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a complex ERP upgrade, ensuring alignment with government frameworks, stakeholder expectations, and organisational goals. The role involves managing vendors, internal teams, and reporting to senior leadership across multiple streams.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead the SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration across Finance and HR
 * Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement
 * Ensure compliance with government standards and reporting protocols
 * Oversee vendor relationships and internal delivery teams
What You'll Bring:
 * Proven experience delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA projects in large-scale environments
 * Strong understanding of SAP Payroll and HR modules (H4S4 preferred)
 * Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 * Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, SAP Activate)
