We partner with local breeders and rescues to create joyful experiences that support physical health, mental well-being, and canine socialisation. **Position Overview**
As a Puppy Yoga Event Assistant & Host, you'll be the welcoming face of our brand, helping create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You'll assist with event setup and pack down, check guests in upon arrival, care for the puppies throughout the session, and potentially host classes or assist instructors when needed. You must love dogs, be confident with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Event Setup & Pack Down**:
- Prepare the venue with yoga mats, decor, puppy pens, water bowls, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests and puppies
**Guest Experience**:
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival
- Provide briefings on event flow, safety, and puppy etiquette
- Answer questions and support guest needs throughout the session
**Puppy Care**:
- Supervise and gently manage the puppies during events
- Ensure water, rest, and hygiene needs are met
- Watch for signs of stress or overstimulation in pups and take appropriate action
**Event Hosting (optional/occasionally required)**:
- Introduce the session and run the opening or closing script
- Support the yoga instructor with class flow and timing
- Represent the brand with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
**About You**
- Passionate about animals, especially puppies
- Confident, friendly, and professional in customer-facing roles
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive
- Comfortable with light physical work (setting up, cleaning, carrying supplies)
- Able to stay calm and attentive in energetic environments
- Previous experience in hospitality, animal care, or events is a bonus

Pay: $24.95 - $44.80 per hour
