Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical support for our products, train dealers on pre-delivery procedures, and collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to coordinate in-field startup plans.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require trade qualifications in mechanical, agricultural, electrical or related engineering fields. You will also need strong working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and GPS systems, as well as experience in agricultural machinery technical support or service.
In addition, you will possess strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and be self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role. Familiarity with warranty processes and dealer support is highly desirable.
You will be required to travel across the eastern states, ideally based within 2-3 hours of Albury.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for our products
* Train dealers on pre-delivery procedures
* Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to coordinate in-field startup plans
* Deliver operator training to dealers and customers
* Guide dealers in accessing our technical resources
* Report regional technical issues to the factory
* Manage and process warranty claims for eastern states dealers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
