CGC Recruitment are working with a National Tier 2 Contractor who primarily focus on Civil Infrastructure upgrade within the Rail corridor. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD and have recently secured x3 Infrastructure Upgrades for key Government clients.
They are growing rapidly in SE QLD, targeting projects up from $5-300ml and due to this growth have identified a need for a Project Engineer to join the business on an initial contract basis to provide engineering support on an existing project South of Brisbane.
Reporting to a Senior Project Engineer you will responsible for; resource planning, developing construction methodologies, administering contracts, managing subcontractors and managing project risk. Scope of works include; concrete works, trenching, CSR routes, footpaths, pavings.
The role is an immediate requirement until the end of the year so applicants should be ready to start within a weeks notice. As of the nature of the work the position would be suited to Engineers on a 417 Working Holiday Visa or coming from interstate, looking to get the foot in the door with a National Contractor.
