Role Overview
Position: Branch All‐rounder – Workshop & Warehouse Support
Location: Mackay, Queensland, Australia
As part of Motion's branch operations across the Asia Pacific, you will assist with workshop duties, warehouse support and customer service, supporting order fulfilment and stock management.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent and high‐quality service to customers.
* Support order fulfilment by assembling workshop requirements according to customer specifications.
* Adapt to customer timelines to meet their needs.
* Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.
* Participate in monitoring stock levels and communicate purchasing needs to the procurement team.
* Accurately pick and pack orders, prepare shipping documents, and verify orders for invoicing.
Skills & Experience
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* At least 6 months experience in a customer service, workshop or warehouse environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Capable of lifting heavy items for stock handling, picking and packing.
* Productive team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Good computer skills – knowledge of Outlook, Excel, etc.
* Current driver's licence.
* Experience with manufacturing industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies or a similar background (desirable).
