Overview
Administrative Officer - Project Assistance at the Northwest Cancer Centre (NWCC) at Tamworth Hospital. This is a temporary full-time role to October 2026, 38 hours per week, Admin Officer Level 3. Salary: $68,338.79 - $70,468.72 p.a. + Superannuation + Salary Packaging. Location: Tamworth Hospital. Closing Date: Sunday, 12th October 2025. Requisition ID: REQ607757.
Responsibilities
* Support coordination of in-person and telehealth outpatient appointments.
* Assist with planning the transition to Health Direct, our new telehealth platform.
* Document processes and work with stakeholders to establish smooth local workflows across NWCC-coordinated clinics.
* Balance day-to-day administrative tasks with project-focused activities to support the centre\'s operations.

Training and Support
