**Position Overview**
As a HR Business Partner, Information Technology Services Division (ITS), you will provide strategic and operational HR advice and services to the ITS Division. Located within the central People and Culture Division, you will partner and work with stakeholders across the ITS Division to provide quality advice and recommendations on areas including workplace relations, performance management, policy and procedure, conflict resolution and case management.
You will also contribute to University wide HR initiatives that drive leadership and talent development, culture, employee experience and future workforce planning across the University.
The position reports to the HR Manager (Portfolios) and operates with a high degree of autonomy.
To be successful in the role, you will have previous experience in providing high quality customer focussed services to a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You will have experience as a generalist HR practitioner, with demonstrated business partnership and early intervention case management experience.
You will be a collaborator with excellent communication skills and an ability to influence key stakeholders and deliver high quality customer services.
