Are you ready to take the lead in managing and transforming our Regional and Interstate Partner Network? We are seeking a passionate and experienced Network Partner Managerwho will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and overseeing our Partner network to drive a seamless delivery performance.
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will perform the duties including, but not limited to:
* Provide commercial analysis and support, monitor financial performance and make strategic recommendations.
* Lead and optimize commercial processes, manage Network Partner relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identify and convert new opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
* Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years experience in managing agents/contractors in the road freight market
* Experience in transport, logistics or warehousing is preferred
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and IT applications.
* Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
* Capable of working independently and maintaining high accuracy across all functions.
