In the expansion of our Australian subsidiary based in North Sydney, we are currently seeking candidates to fill a full-time position as Medical / Scientific Mission Manager.
Your mission
* Plan & devise the local Scientific Communication strategy, focusing & aligning with department head, considering the specificities of the Dermo-Cosmetic concept.
* Define scientific and medical product information and key messages to be detailed and presented to multi-channel Healthcare Professionals, ensuring maximum understanding of this concept, and handle technical and scientific questions.
* Create, develop, and consolidate scientific communication materials for QRVI review prior to distribution for the local market.
* Responsible for developing Pierre Fabre Scientific Programs (Eczema Atopy Schools, Dermaweb, ALL Study, Avene & Cancer).
* Develop on and offline medical communication content in line with brand priorities.
* Support all teams and departments on their scientific and technical needs.
* Work closely with marketing to support the Pierre Fabre Australia teams and the distribution network (Pharmacists); ensure their knowledge of brands/products; manage stock and sample forecasts for clinics, product specialists, and events.
* Maintain relationships with KOL Dermatologists and Pharmacists, delivering tailored information face-to-face or virtually (Follow Priority 1 and 2 Clinic KOLs – 20hrs/week).
* Develop training and education events for HCPs.
* Prepare booth materials for KOL needs, conduct surveys, participate in scientific events (e.g., ASM conferences, seminars, KOL round tables, workshops), promoting the Avene brand with excellence.
* Contribute to international surveys at a local level and lead local Post-Marketing Phase IV studies to gather feedback.
* Collaborate with department head on KOL meetings to obtain feedback for strategic decisions.
* Keep information accurate, relevant, and up-to-date on new methods, techniques, and scientific developments from Pierre Fabre Headquarters.
* Assist in developing and monitoring the Sci-Comms budget, sample planning, and forecast, including sponsorships and event PR/PO.
