Position is in Logan Reserve for a 18 year old neurodivergent participant.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Support worker with proven experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Community access - car required
Must be available to do short shifts.

Mandatory Requirements
* Australian resident
* Workers Screening Check, Working with Childrens and First Aid + CPR
* At least two years experience working in a similar role
* Have a vehicle with current comprehensive car insurance
* Australian Licence
* Certificate IV in Disability or Certificate IV in Mental health.
The ideal person will be friendly, fun, have lots of energy and engaging to build a therapeutic relationship to successfully assist our clients within their home.
