You are a motivational team player ready to take on more responsibility in the retail team. You will work cooperatively with your Store Manager and team to ensure the store operates at 100% efficiency at all times. Your impressive customer service experience will enable you to take a lead role in sales, merchandising, and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities include:
1. Working with your store manager to assist in driving sales to achieve and exceed the store's budget.
2. Emphasizing technical, merchandising, and sales techniques to grow sales within the store.
3. Focusing on store development and implementing set activities.
4. Assisting the store manager in communicating sales targets and feedback to your team.
5. Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure effective management.
6. Providing ongoing training to team members.
7. Assisting with rostering responsibilities and ad hoc administration.
Experience Required
* Previous store management experience in retail is favorable.
* A passion for electronics to enhance the customer experience.
* Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately.
* Excellent time management skills and experience managing multiple priorities.
* A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
