About The Role
Are you a dynamic hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional guest service and team development? Hilton Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Front Office to oversee our Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Operator departments. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial success in Hilton Australasia's flagship hotel.
What You’ll Be Doing?
As Director of Front Office, you will:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team across Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Services/Operator
* Champion a culture of hospitality, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, professional, and memorable
* Drive revenue through strategic upselling and sales-focused service delivery
* Ensure seamless daily operations and uphold Hilton’s world-class service standards
* Promote and manage Hilton Honors loyalty program and digital guest experiences
* Foster team development through coaching, training, and performance management
* Collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For?
* Proven leadership experience in Front Office or Reception, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* A hands-on, passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
* Immaculate grooming and a professional presence
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Valid NSW RSA Competency Card and Driver’s License
* Tertiary qualifications in Business or Hospitality Management preferred
