The role is for a Facilities and Asset Manager. We are looking for an individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of our properties. This includes managing maintenance, capital works, and other related activities.
This position will be based in Mount Gambier, South Australia, and will involve working with various stakeholders to ensure that our assets are well-maintained and meet the needs of our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Risk Management: Identify areas of risk and opportunity in relation to maintenance and capital works, developing and implementing plans to achieve commercial targets and optimise lifecycle cost of facilities and/or assets.
* Strategic Planning: Support the delivery of the Property Asset Management team's Asset Business Plans and all other strategic and asset planning initiatives.
* Contract Management: Monitor and direct contractor performance and ensure that all contracts are executed to budget and scope.
* Safety and Quality: Support the contract in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in facilities management, asset management, or a related field.
* Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
