As we continue to expand our operations across the Goldfields, we are seeking skilled, safety‐focused waste industry professionals to join our dedicated team in Kalgoorlie.
The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for HR licensed drivers to operate skip/hook trucks from our Kalgoorlie Depot.
This is a full-time position with consistent 10 to 12-hour shifts, meaning reliable overtime week in, week out. You will be out on the road across the Goldfields area, delivering and collecting skip bins for residential and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate skip/hook trucks with a focus on safety and customer service
* Deliver and collect skip/hook bins efficiently across the Goldfields
* Secure loads using chains and straps
* Complete daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Maintain your vehicle to a clean and professional standard
* Start and finish each shift at the Kalgoorlie depot
What We're Looking For
* Skip truck experience is an advantage but not essential. The right candidate will receive full supervised training and development. What matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
* Current and valid HR licence with a clean driving history.
* Available Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, with some weekend work required.
* Comfortable using a smartphone and communicating over two-way radio.
* Well presented with a friendly, professional approach to customer service.
* Reliable, flexible, and trustworthy with a genuine can-do attitude.
* Highly regarded but not essential experience with waste management.
