About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role provides both strategic and operational HR support across our offices.

As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster an engaged workforce, and drive a high-performance culture across a diverse consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Partner with directors and managers to deliver people strategies aligned to organisational goals.


• Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations in line with Australian legislation.


• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.


• Identify and implement learning, leadership, and professional development programs.


• Maintain and develop HR policies, ensure legislative compliance, and optimise HR systems.


• Promote diversity, engagement, health & wellbeing initiatives across the company.

About You

You are a proactive and approachable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. You enjoy working across jurisdictions and influencing positive cultural outcomes.

Essential:


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline.


• 5+ years' experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role.


• Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act (Australia).


• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.


• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

Desirable:


• Postgraduate qualifications in HR or Industrial Relations.


• Experience in professional services or consulting environments.


• Familiarity with Employment Hero or similar HR platforms.
