DWS is looking for a
ServiceNow Functional Consultant
to assist our client prepare a business case for the implementation of SNOW. The successful applicant will have strong and proven SNOW functional experience, preparing business cases & ideally with a Business Analysis or Change Management qualification.

ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
* Understand how ServiceNow works and how it can be configured to support administrative & academic processes
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, CSM, Workflow, and Intake/Case Management
* Have experience designing ServiceNow workflows, forms, automation, and integrations
* Understand what functionality available out-of-the-box is versus what requires custom development
Business Analysis and Process Design:
* Undertake process mapping for academic and professional services
* Conduct requirements gathering across a diverse stakeholder group
* Perform gap analysis between current state and future state
* Identify and quantify benefits such as efficiency, risk reduction, compliance and experience improvement
* Translate stakeholder pain points into ServiceNow-enabled solutions
* Understand how ServiceNow may address real ARD problems
Project and Change Management Capability:
* Demonstrate awareness of organisational change practices
* Engage and manage stakeholders across senior administrative and IT groups
* Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
* Develop implementation roadmaps and timelines
* Prepare Investment Business Cases
* Quantify benefits such as time saved, compliance uplift and reduced risk exposure
