JSW Powersports is growing and seeking an experienced and motivated Marine Technician to join our award-winning Service Department.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the world’s number one Sea-Doo dealer, alongside a high-performing team in a fast-paced, premium workshop environment. You’ll work on industry-leading brands including Malibu Boats, Sea Fox Boats, and Cobalt Boats .
Qualified Automotive Technicians looking to transition into the marine industry are strongly encouraged to apply. Full support and brand training will be provided.
About the Role
As a Marine Technician, you will:
* Diagnose, service and repair marine engines (inboard & outboard)
* Conduct mechanical repairs and routine servicing
* Perform electrical diagnostics and fault finding
* Install and service marine systems and accessories
* Complete job cards and maintain service documentation
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining premium workmanship standards
* Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace
About You
* Qualified Marine Technician or Automotive Technician
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
* Electrical and wiring experience highly regarded
* Current driver’s licence
* Reliable, professional and team-oriented
* Passion for marine, boating or powersports (highly regarded)
Marine industry experience is advantageous but not essential for the right automotive candidate.
