Disability Support Worker Wanted
Caring Hands Disability Support Services is currently looking for a reliable and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.
About the Role:
You will be supporting participants with a range of needs, helping them live independently and achieve their goals. Supports may include:
* Community access
* Daily living assistance
* Personal care
* In-home supports
* Transport to appointments
* Social support
Requirements:
* Current Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
* First Aid & CPR
* Police Check
* WWVP Card
* NDIS Worker Screening
* NDIS Modules (or willing to complete)
* Experience in disability support preferred
* Reliable, caring and professional attitude
