**Facilities Manager - Singleton, NSW**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance programs.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors and maintenance staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the upkeep of facilities, ensuring all assets are maintained to high standards.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Travel as required to various sites within the region.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- **Australian Citizenship **is mandatory.
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on planned maintenance and building services.
- A trade background is **highly preferred **.
- Strong understanding of facility maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and related software.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between sites.
